- Complete information about the program must be provided at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance with a valid reason.
- In case of emergencies (e.g., extreme weather, accidents), bookings will not be considered canceled.
- Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed within 7 to 15 days.
- If we are unable to complete your booking, a full refund will be issued.
